Return & Refund Policy (Earrings)

  • Eligibility for Returns:
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons, certain earrings may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Used or worn earrings
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned after the return window
  • Return Process:
  • Submit a return request via customer support. Once approved, instructions for pickup or shipping will be provided.
  • Refunds:
  • After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
  • Shipping Charges:
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping may be deducted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Cancellations:
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
